Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs)The requirement for a Home Information Pack has now been suspended which means that HIPs are now optional. As of the 21st May 2010 if you are selling a property you are still required by law to order an EPC before you can market the property. We would be happy to arrange this for you at a cost of £80.00 plus vat.
