Just because a sale has been agreed on your property and your solicitors have been instructed it doesn’t mean we stop there, in our opinion sales progression is one of the most important aspects of your property sale, we will progress your sale through and try and make the process as stress free and as easy to understand as possible.
Every 1 to 2 weeks (dependant on the stage of your sale) we will contact both the vendors and purchasers solicitors and get a breakdown of the sale; we will liaise between solicitors and make sure there is no breakdown in communication, we will then report back to both vendors and purchaser in layman terms, at present our average property sale takes an between 6 to 8 weeks from offer to completion.

4. Your advert goes live.
Once you have approved your advert we launch it on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation etc. We take the enquiries, you sit back and wait for the viewings to commence.
